Spring Plant Walk
Saturday April 4. 9:00 am. MEDICINAL & EDIBLE PLANT ID HIKE at Horseshoe Bottoms.
I will, once again, lead a hike through the woodland and prairie of horseshoe bottoms in West Peoria to discover the useful plants, trees, and fungi. This is a free event but donations to friends of rocky glen are welcome. Meet by 9 am at St Mary’s Cemetery, far west end. Enter the cemetery off of sterling ave in West Peoria, drive through the stone Pilars and keep driving down the hill till you get to the end. You will see the cars and people.
