Tinctures: are concentrated herbal remedies that extract beneficial compounds from plant material using alcohol or other solvents. Tincture support a wide range of health concerns & are usually taken orally on the tongue or added to water or tea. A typical dose is from a few drops to 1/2 teaspoon (1-2 dropperfulls) and usually can be taken multiple times a day. Simples are a single plant, highlighting its own healing properties and blends are a combination of multiple herbs formulated to work synergistically for a specific therapeutic purpose.
