Spicy fire cider
Fill a clean jar with:
sliced ginger
sliced onions
minced garlic
chopped horseradish
cayenne or other spicy pepper (I often use jalapeño)
Can add parsley, turmeric, thyme, shallots….
Cover with a good quality apple cider vinegar
Use a plastic lid or put a wax paper barrier (vinegar will erode metal). Let sit for a month or more, shake periodically. Then strain, reserving the liquid. Drink 1-2 oz to clean out sinuses, move the blood, kill pathogens.
This is what the jar of fire cider in process looks like. Simply cut up all the ingredients, add to the jar and pour in apple cider vinegar to cover. Let sit 1 or more months. Make sure jar is very clean. may use a plastic lid.
